As a 12th class commerce student, you must be aware about the basic concepts of economics, accountancy, mathematics and business studies. Good knowledge of these concepts can help you in your further education in commerce field. After completing 12th in commerce stream, you have plenty of options to choose. BBA and B.Com are the most common courses opted by the students. Besides BBA & B.Com, there are also other courses available which can lead you to a bright career.

A candidate for being eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) Degree Course shall have passed XIIth Std. Examination of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination and secured not less than 45% marks in aggregate at first attempt . Every candidate admitted to the degree course in the constituent /affiliated college / recognised institution , conducting the course, shall have to register himself/herself with the University.

After passing the 12th standard from Commerce stream from recognized board, one may enroll for Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) degree. Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is a full time three year degree course.

One can also pursue Postgraduate course (M. Com) in Commerce. For this, one has to successfully passed Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) degree from a recognized University.

During their course, the students have to study the following branches of Commerce such as Finance, Business Administration, Accountancy, E-Commerce, Economics and Marketing.
